B.I.B.L.E. Classes

 

Sunday Morning at 8:30 AM

B - Belief: This focuses on strengthening faith in Jesus and building a solid spiritual foundation.

I - Inspiration: This highlights the power of Scripture to transform lives and motivate faith in action.

B - Build: This involves growing a deeper relationship with God through prayer, meditation, and studying Scripture.

L - Living Out Faith: This encourages putting faith into action through service, kindness, and love.

E - Engage with the World: This calls individuals to use their faith to engage with and address the challenges of the world, sharing the Gospel message.​

We learn to strengthen our Belief in Jesus through the Inspired Word in order to Build a deeper relationship with God, so that we may Live out our faith and Engage with the world.

Next Class: How We Got The Bible
Starts 4/27/2025 - Ends 6/1/2025

Where did the Bible come from? How do we know it's reliable? This course explores the fascinating history of how the Bible was written, preserved, and passed down through generations. You'll learn about the people who wrote it, how the books were chosen, and how ancient manuscripts confirm its accuracy. We’ll also cover why there are different translations and how archaeology supports the Bible’s history.  This course will be five weeks long.  

Living Bible Institute

  • Biblical Education: The Bible as the ultimate authority, using it as the foundation for all learning, alongside other reference materials

  • Undergraduate Focus:  Offers certificate programs at the undergraduate level with opportunities for graduates to transfer credits to partnered Bible Colleges or Christian universities

  • Inclusive of both Men and Women: Encourages both men and women to prepare for Christian service, acknowledging distinct roles while emphasizing unity in Christ

  • Church Connection: Emphasizes practical involvement in local church ministries, offering field experience programs to prepare students for church-related work

  • Relevance to Today's World: Ensures that it's teaching is relevant to contemporary society, preparing students for ministry in a changing world

  • Practicums: Integrates hands-on learning through practicums, where students apply classroom knowledge to real-world situations

Next Class: Biblical Doctrines Starts 5/6/2025 - Ends 7/1/2025

This course is designed to introduce students to the major doctrines of the Christian faith, providing a thorough exploration of foundational theological concepts. Key doctrines include God’s Unity and Tri-unity, human depravity, and the person and work of Christ, covering His Virgin Birth, Sinlessness, Deity, and Humanity. Students will also study the necessity of God’s Grace and Faith, along with the essential doctrines of Christ’s Atoning Death, Bodily Resurrection, Bodily Ascension, and His Intercession, culminating in His Second Coming. Additionally, the course addresses two essential doctrines related to how we know about salvation: the Inspiration of Scripture and the Method of Interpretation. Students will examine the creation, fall, and nature of humanity, the source, nature, and extent of sin, and its consequences on the world.
